Thank you for purchasing "An owner's guide to the mind."
Once we receive notification that your payment is processed, we generate a unique password and email you the program information.
We work to fulfill all orders as soon as possible - but, this is not an automatic process. You usually receive an email within 30 minutes, but it may take 1-2 hours.
Critical note: if you are paying with PayPal, we send the information to the email address on your PayPal account. Please check that email address. If for some reason you cannot access the email associated with your PayPal account, contact us to request that the information be forwarded to a different address.
If your order is placed after 11:00 PM EST, you will receive the information by 7:00 AM EST the following morning (sorry, but we have to sleep!).
Finally, please add our emails to your address book: thetadprinciple (at) gmail (dot) com, jd (at) thetadprinciple (dot) com. This should prevent communications from going to your "Spam" folder.
